CAN YOU TRANSPORT VERY LOW-CLEARANCE CARS?
Yes. The trailer is equipped with a dual-ramp system and electronic tilt control, allowing the loading angle to be lowered smoothly and progressively, without sudden movement even for vehicles with very low ground clearance.Before each transport, I review the vehicle’s specifications to tailor the loading process accordingly.
IS MY VEHICLE INSURED DURING TRANSPORT?
Each transport is covered by comprehensive professional insurance specifically designed for vehicle transportation. Coverage terms and limits are confirmed with your quote based on the vehicle being transported.
Can I transport luggage or tires with my vehicle?
Yes, depending on available space and subject to prior approval. Luggage, tires, and other equipment must be declared in advance so the loading can be planned and organized under the best possible conditions.
Which countries can you transport my vehicle to?
Transport can be arranged from one location to another within the countries currently covered by Car Transport Lux: France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Monaco, Andorra, and Switzerland.
Do you inspect the vehicle’s condition before transport?
Yes. Before loading, we carry out a visual inspection and record a video of the vehicle to document its condition at pickup. A second inspection can be completed upon delivery. This helps ensure transparency and provides a clear record of the vehicle’s condition from pickup to handover.
